Think: Pilates, inher flow, creativity, a beautiful hike, wholesome food, cosy nights in — wild swimming (optional if you’re brave enough ) and rounders in the garden (weather dependent).

In Her Flow - Reconnect with your cycle and learn to work with your body, not against it.
Through nurturing workshops, cycle tracking and women’s circles, discover balance, ease, and empowerment.
Stanford Pilates Studio - mat-based Pilates classes designed to help you feel strong, aligned, and at ease in your body. Each session blends mindful movement with small equipment like hand weights, ankle & wrist weights, rings, and bands - with options for every level and pace.
What is included:
• 2 nights in gorgeous Peak District countryside accommodation
• 2 Pilates classes (all equipment provided)
• An Inher Flow workshop
• A cute arts & crafts creative session
• A beginner-friendly Peak District hike with the option to wild swim if you’re brave enough
• Rounders in the garden (weather dependent)
• All meals included — nourishing, wholesome and cosy
• Drinks and snacks throughout the weekend
• Movie night with sweet treats & hot chocolate
• A lovely goodie bag to take home
What’s not included:
• Transport to and from the retreat location
• Transfers to or from train stations or airports
• Personal travel insurance
• Any additional snacks, drinks or activities not listed above
What to bring:
• Trainers or hiking shoes
• Comfortable clothes for Pilates
• Warm layers for walks and evenings
• A journal and pen
• Your pyjamas
• Swimwear & towel if you’d like to wild swim
• And of course… your beautiful self
Arrival & Departure
• Arrival: Friday from 5:30pm
• Departure: Sunday at 2:00pm
Full arrival details and directions will be shared closer to the date.
Rooms & Sharing
This is a shared-room retreat.
Rooms include twin beds, bunk beds and shared king beds.

• If you’re booking with friends, just let us know and we’ll make sure you’re rooming together
Dietary requirements & allergies
We’ll request all dietary requirements and allergies closer to the retreat date, once bookings are confirmed, to ensure everyone is catered for safely.
Payment & Booking
• £595 per person
• Full payment is required at the time of booking
• Spaces are limited to 10 guests only
Photography & Filming
By purchasing your ticket, you consent to photography and video being taken during the retreat for marketing and promotional purposes.
If you do not consent to being photographed or filmed, please let us know before the retreat, and we will of course respect this.
WhatsApp Group
Once your place is confirmed, we’ll create a WhatsApp group ahead of the retreat so you can meet others who are booked on, ask questions and share excitement in the lead-up.
We’ll contact you closer to the date to ask for your phone number if you’d like to be included — completely optional

• All bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable
• No refunds or cancellations are permitted under any circumstances
• By booking, you are committing to full attendance and payment

By attending this retreat, you acknowledge that all activities (including Pilates, walking, wild swimming and free-time activities) are undertaken at your own discretion and risk.
You confirm that you are physically fit and able to participate, and that you take full responsibility for your own wellbeing, health and safety throughout the retreat. The retreat hosts accept no liability for injury, loss or damage to personal property during the retreat.
