Each session blends mindful movement with small equipment like hand weights, ankle & wrist weights, rings, and bands - with options for every level and pace.

Foundations

Supportive | Steady | Strength-Building

Build confidence, improve your form and reconnect with your body through slow, controlled, technique-focused movement.

Foundations is all about mastering the essentials — deep core engagement, alignment, posture and breath — so you feel safe, strong and empowered in every class that follows.

Expect clear cues, mindful pacing and progressive exercises that help you understand what you’re doing and why it matters.

You’ll leave feeling more aware of your body, more confident in your movement, and already a little stronger.

Best for: Beginners, anyone returning to movement, or those wanting to strengthen their technique.

Not recommended for: Acute injuries — please check with your instructor first.

Foundations Supine

The same as Foundations but with no standing work.

Designed for those who tend to get dizzy during standing work or change of position- specifically designed with hEDS, POTS etc in mind.

As Charlotte has suffered with these conditions since birth she understands the need to feel comfortable in class and to go at your own pace

Barre

Energising | Sculpting | Confidence-Building

Barre blends Pilates precision with ballet-inspired strength work to create a fun, fiery and controlled full-body workout.

Through small, intentional movements and high-repetition sequences, you’ll lift, tone and strengthen while improving balance, posture and endurance.

Power

Strong | Energetic | Sculpting | Confidence-Building

Our signature strength class — designed to leave you feeling powerful, capable and uplifted.

Power blends music, weights and controlled, full-body sequences to build strength, stamina and confidence. Expect deep core work, glute burn, upper-body sculpting and a motivating, high-energy atmosphere.

You’ll leave sweaty, strong and absolutely buzzing. Best for: Anyone wanting to build strength, tone up and challenge themselves in a supportive environment.
