Terms of Sale
These Terms of Sale apply to all class bookings, memberships, and services provided by Stanford Pilates Studio . By booking a class or purchasing a service, you agree to the terms below.
1. Bookings & Payments
All classes, memberships, and packages must be paid for in advance via our booking system (LegitFit). Prices are listed at the time of booking.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations of classes made at least 24 hours before the event will be automatically refunded. Cancellations made within 1 hour of the booking result in a £1 charge. Memberships are non-transferable.
3. Health & Safety
You confirm that you are medically fit to participate in Pilates. You must inform your instructor of any injuries, medical conditions, or pregnancy before attending class. Participation is at your own risk.
4. Studio Conduct
We reserve the right to refuse entry or participation if behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate.
5. Changes & Cancellations by Us
We may cancel or reschedule classes due to unforeseen circumstances. In this case, you will be offered an alternative class or full refund.
6. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stanford Pilates Studio is not liable for loss, injury, or damage incurred while attending classes, except where caused by our negligence.
7. Consumer Rights
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
